My Mom Thinks She Knows About Laura Osnes
- Mom: So your dad and I were watching that Smith Center Opening thing on TV last night, and guess who we saw?
- Me: Who?
- Mom: Laura Osnes!
- Me: Cool!
- Mom: And we were trying to figure out whether she played Glinda or Elphaba; I said Glinda because she had more of a "Glinda voice," but your dad said she looked like Elphaba.
- Me: Mom, she hasn't even been in Wicked...yet. She's going into her fifth Broadway show this year.
- Mom: But aren't you proud of me that I know who Laura Osnes is?!
- Me: ...

My parents don’t even know who Kristin Chenoweth is! And the only reason they know who KRC is is because I made them meet her. I need to tutor them on Broadway actors.
